Shipping
Parcels are sent via Australia Post or our trusty courier – you will be issued with a tracking number via email at the time of shipment.
We want to keep Postage as cheap as possible for our customers. Shipping is charged with FLAT RATE COSTS of $20
We carefully wrap your precious Pet Plaques to help them arrive in a great condition.
We buy environmentally friendly packaging materials and we choose to spend a little extra and buy goods that are- home recyclable, landfill biodegradable, made with recycled materials or natural products, Australian made and just environmentally responsible. This keeps waste from landfill and ensures that you receive your goods in a safe and secure manor.
We always try to keep stock in check online, however sometimes things can be missed. All shipments are subject to availability.
Please be aware freight times can vary depending on your location and we will always do our best to get orders to you promptly.
Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels, or packages damaged in transit.
Your parcels have an insurance through Australia Post and we will partner with you to sort out any mishaps and make a claim and get your order remade if damaged by the delivery company.
Lost, Undelivered and Damaged items.
We always try to make sure things run smoothly with the delivery process and that our goods are packaged well for delivery, however life’s little mishaps can happen.
Once items have been sent for delivery, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels or packages damaged in transit. However, all goods are insured by us for you.
In the event of Lost or Missing goods, please contact Australia Post or the nominated courier and advise them that your order has not arrived. You will need to quote your tracking number that was sent in your shipping confirmation e-mail. If the carrier is unable to locate your item, please contact us at info@herbyvillehouse.com.au and we will lodge an enquiry for you.
In the event of Damaged goods, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving and take photo’s immediately of the damage. We will lodge a claim with Australia Post to get your item covered by the insurance that is provided for all goods we send. We will then arrange with you a replacement.
Never fear, we can help you through the process should this happen to you.
Please take care with your address entry details when ordering. Resending a package due to the incorrect information entered by you will incur further postage costs if it needs to be resent to you.
Special Orders
We take CUSTOM orders for specially designed Pet Plaques and specialty items. These take time and will be well worth the wait. We will communicate with you along the way to ensure things go smoothly and get the items to you as soon as we can.
Click and Collect
Pick Up from our Bathurst office.
Yes! You can Pick Up your items from the office instead of having them posted. Please select Pick Up when ordering and wait for conformation email and instructions. Pick Up Times are generally- 9am-6pm but can be flexible to suit your needs. Once your order has been processed and notified via email or phone.

We love them all for this reason and ask that you too understand that they could have small design imperfections, colour differences at times and vary from item to item due to their use of natural materials. Faulty Items
If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days and we are more than happy to help you address the disappointing arrival. You can call us on 02 6336 9105 for assistance OR email us at info@herbyvillehouse.com.au with photographs within 3 days of receiving your item. We will work with you to replace or repair your item.
