CUSTOM Small Indoor Plaque- Design A Heart

This Custom Plaque is stamped with a Sweet layered Heart and you can choose your own Wording, Year Dates or Age.

This plaque is universal and can be used for special Pet or People too.

Your Choice of wording will be stamped onto the plaque and your Pet or Persons name will be hand glazed beside the raised heart.
