CUSTOM Small Garden Plaque- Design A Heart

This Custom Plaque is stamped with a Sweet Layered Heart and you can choose your own Wording, Age or Year dates.

This is a universal design and can be used for any special Pet or Person as a memorial.

Your Choice of wording will be stamped onto the plaque and your Pet or Persons name will be hand glazed beside the raised heart.

Feel free to talk with us about your special wording to make sure we can achieve a great result. Small plaques can only fit a small message on them.

* Simply select the Plaque Colour, Pet Name Colour and Timber Mount Choice. 

 (Please NOTE* The Pet name is Glazed with a medium watercolour-like consistency and the name will be beside the heart)
