Our Hand Made LARGE GARDEN Pet Memorial Plaques have been lovingly designed for a special spot in your Garden, to create a beautiful memory of your much loved pet.

Made from Durable Pottery and Hardwood Timber. They measure approx.  28cm x 18cm and 3cm thick plus have an angled stand attached. 

SIMPLY PICK one of the Uncoloured Design Templates below to start your order. From there you can pick Colours and your Timber mount.
