Losing a pet or a person in your life can be such a heavy experience. They become such a big part of our lives. Our time is sadly never long enough with them.

Our CUSTOM Hand Made Memorial Plaques can be Designed by you, with special meaningful words and dates to create a beautiful memory of your much loved pet or loved one. 

If you don’t quite know what design to have, we are here to help!            We have many clay stamps and many more to come from chickens, rabbits, horses, cats and many dog breeds. Just ask!

Made from Durable Pottery and Hardwood Timber.                                    We have Large Garden Plaques- 28cm x 18cm x 3cm with angled stand, Small Garden Plaques- 19.5cm x 14cm x 3cm with angled stand, and Small Indoor Freestanding Plaques- 19.5cm x 14cm x 3cm.

SIMPLY PICK one of the Uncoloured Design Templates below to start your order. The Orange are our Large Plaques and Yellow & Red for Smalls. 

From there you can let us know your Wording, pick the Colour of your plaque, name colour and your Timber Mount. 

All wording will be personally stamped  onto the plaque and the name will be Hand Glazed under or beside the raised clay heart.
