Our CUSTOM Hand Made LARGE GARDEN Memorial Plaques can be Designed by you, with special meaningful words and dates to create a beautiful memory of your much loved pet or loved one.

Made from Durable Pottery and Hardwood Timber. They measure approx.  28cm x 18cm and 3cm thick plus have an angled stand attached.

From there you can let us know your Wording, pick the Colour of your plaque, name colour and your Timber Mount. 

All wording will be personally stamped  onto the plaque and the name will be Hand Glazed under the raised clay heart.
